Data deletion instructions

What to include

To help us find the correct records, include:

• The phone number used in the WhatsApp conversation, including country code.
• The name of the client business whose WhatsApp service you used.
• Any relevant account, conversation, or customer identifier.
• A short description of the information you want deleted.

What happens next

1. We verify the request and confirm which Intellnovo or client-business records it covers.
2. We delete or anonymize eligible personal information from systems we control and send the relevant request to service providers where required.
3. We confirm completion by email or explain any narrow legal reason information must be retained.

Important limits

Intellnovo may need to keep a limited record where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Such information will be isolated and protected and will not be used for ordinary service operations. Deletion from WhatsApp or Meta’s systems may also require action through the relevant client business or Meta’s own controls.
